Founded in 2014 by Interior Designer Kristin Gilford, Bungalow Interiors is a Gold Coast–based interior design studio shaped by a love of timeless spaces and thoughtful living.

Known for liveable luxury and effortless sophistication, our work blends international influences with a relaxed coastal sensibility. We design homes that feel considered yet comfortable, spaces that are refined, functional, and deeply supportive of the way you live.

Our projects span new builds, renovations, and full residential and commercial interiors, all guided by The Calm Standard™ — our design philosophy centred on longevity, clarity, and intention. It is a way of making decisions that removes visual noise and decision fatigue, creating homes that feel resolved, cohesive, and complete.

Our Runaway Bay showroom is an extension of this philosophy. It houses a carefully curated collection of fine furniture and homewares sourced locally and globally, offering inspiration alongside personalised design consultations. Located in Runaway Bay on the Gold Coast, the Bungalow Interiors showroom is an immersive expression of our design philosophy — a place to slow down, explore, and be inspired. Thoughtfully layered with tactile fabrics, refined finishes, and distinctive pieces sourced from near and far, the space is designed to evoke a sense of wanderlust, curiosity, and ease.

Our showroom showcases a carefully edited collection from our trusted network of artisanal suppliers, with bespoke and one-off pieces forming much of the display. Interchangeable visual vignettes and material stories unfold throughout the space, offering inspiration for thoughtful updates, renovations, and full interior transformations.

The Bungalow Signature collections include an extensive selection of European wallpapers, fabrics, and rugs, allowing us to customise truly individual pieces, each considered, enduring, and tailored to your home.
